  • Deposit (not returnable) required:
    1 night's accommodation, or £50 if booking for up to 5 nights stay
    3 night's accommodation, or £150 if booking for more than 5 nights stay 

  • Guests are asked to arrive after 4 pm and leave by 11 am.

  • Minimum 3 nights stay in July and August

  • A supplement of €15 will be added for one night B&B stays at all times

  • Children under 12 by prior arrangement

  • Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am.

  • Apartment deposits & payments - 25% with reservation, full balance at least 4 weeks before arrival, unless reservation within 4 weeks of arrival, when full amount is payable

  • There is a €100 security CASH deposit payable on arrival - this is returned by post within 14 days of departure provided there is no damage or loss

  • Plus €50 per week heating charge, only if heating is needed

Mountain bikes available (bring your own helmets & safety equipment) €4 per day.
